CANTO HOT SAUCE designs and brews artisan hot sauces in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  Offering a unique line of expertly curated culinary flavours with an emphasis on locally sourced and premium home-grown ingredients, we believe in a DIY, environmentally sustainable ethos. All of our sauces are produced and perfected using a micro-batch process in order to bring the freshest, healthiest highest quality sauce to your table without the use of additives or preservatives. 

Canto Hot Sauce was founded in 2019 by artist and horticulturalist Cate Francis to supply friends and family with fresh, local flavors that she had yet to see on store shelves. In short order rumors of her sauce sorcery escaped the laboratory resulting in steadily growing demand. Thus CANTO hot sauce was born.
