Canto's second foray in to circumventing Christmas' culinary doldrums, Krampusberry Bonnet sees an old holiday standby possessed and wrecking the halls with diabolical abandon. This brew takes the classic attributes of fresh homemade Cranberry sauce and pins them deep in the red with the infamously delicious heat from scotch bonnet peppers wreathing that familiar marriage of sweet and tart with a deep and colourful heat. Sweetened with honey and deepened with hints of orange and ginger. Use it as a substitute for traditional cranberry sauce or to spice up your favorite fresh salads.
